The nose is fresh and delicate, showing good complexity with hints of citrus and white fruit with flavors of ripe boysenberry, lemon zest, brioche and chopped hazelnut. Spice and chalk notes linger on the finish. To obtain the optimum luscious pairing of champagne and chocolate we paired this classic bubbly with our dark French chocolate.
